By using our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of the Website

By accessing and using our website (www.meetalbania.al), you agree to:

• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes only.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting forms or making bookings.

• Not interfere with or compromise the security, performance, or accessibility of our website.

• Refrain from attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.

• Not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the website or its content without prior written permission from MeetAlbania.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation via email or third-party booking platform (e.g. TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide).

• Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (EUR or ALL) at time of service.

• All prices are quoted per vehicle, unless otherwise specified.

• Payment instructions, including deposit or full prepayment if applicable, will be communicated prior to confirmation.

• Custom services (such as guide-accompanied tours or van rentals) may require a non-refundable deposit.

• MeetAlbania reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its sole discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard transfers and services may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial or full fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days.

• If booked via platforms like GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor, platform-specific cancellation terms apply.

Liability Disclaimer

MeetAlbania is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from delays, weather, traffic conditions, or third-party service interruptions.

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or digital tools.

• MeetAlbania acts as a service provider and intermediary, and is not liable for issues caused by third-party vendors unless contracted directly through MeetAlbania.

Force Majeure

MeetAlbania shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or labor disputes

• Acts of terrorism or war

• Government restrictions or pandemics

• Road closures or transport disruptions

  In such cases, MeetAlbania will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected bookings.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, health, baggage, and personal liability. MeetAlbania is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of personal coverage.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and branding materials on the MeetAlbania platform are the exclusive property of MeetAlbania or licensed partners.

• Users may not reproduce, use, or distribute our materials without explicit written permission.

• Infringement of intellectual property rights will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information and arrival times.

• Communicate special needs (e.g. children’s car seats, oversized luggage) in advance.

• Be present and on time for scheduled transfers.

• Behave respectfully toward our staff, drivers, and other clients.

• Accept that late arrivals caused by the client may be subject to additional waiting fees or forfeited service.

Vehicle Use and Van Rental

MeetAlbania offers licensed van rentals with drivers for private trips and multi-day use.

• Drivers are fully insured and trained to handle long-distance or group travel.

• The client is not permitted to direct unsafe routing or demand unauthorized detours.

• Vehicles are assigned based on availability; we cannot guarantee specific models unless previously confirmed in writing.

Private Guides

Licensed local guides are available on request for transfers or custom itineraries.

• Guide fees are quoted separately from transportation, unless part of a bundled offer.

• Requests for guides should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Third-Party Bookings

When booking through TripAdvisor, Viator, or GetYourGuide, clients are subject to those platforms’ terms, payment rules, and refund processes. MeetAlbania is responsible only for services directly delivered by our company, not for changes made by third-party sellers.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a booking or user account without refund if:

• You violate these Terms

• You abuse, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward staff

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• There is a risk to safety or security

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Tirana.

Updates and Modifications

MeetAlbania may update or revise these Terms at any time.

Significant updates will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
